    I'm in Lyon. Can't see them coming here. Don't know about London. This is quite an interesting thread for me as I feel quite out of it over here and haven't heard of half of these (new) bands. 'Maps' have come up on 'my radio station' on yahoo a few times and I quite like the sound of them

    Stone Roses, are Rosalita signed now? They played my clubnight about a year ago and I thought they were pretty good then but havent heard anything about them since!

    If you want to listen to one new album, many people will recommend Sound of Silver by LCD Soundsytem.

    If you want to listen to an album with your pipe and slippers then try Coles Corner by Richard Hawley.

    Both excellent.

    Yeah debut single 'Manga Girl' comes out november 26th. Seen them 3 or 4 times this year, best unsigned band ive ever seen.
