Cost £7million and never played for England

Apparently there are 5 English players to have (in a single transfer) cost over £7 million and never represented their country at national level.
I know Kevin Davies is one of them does anyone know who the other four are?

He got a couple of caps in friendlies then it was decided as he didn't create and score at least seven goals he would have no future as an England international
