  • Millbrook in the South Western League.

They're local and I used to play for them.........
  • You weren't a centre half, were you Oggy? ;-)

    Erm.....not really.

But I had a good tackle and could go down
the line and get past any defensive play ......

    ;o)
  • I s'pose I asked for that kind of reply...

Anyway, back to the match - has second half kicked off yet?!

  • would not watch football leagues anymore, but might go to local team, hythe town, though I have yet to see them play.
  • Ebbsfleet probably.
  • what was the team in ripping yarns, might give them a go
  • Ripping Yarns was Barnstonworth Utd.

Imortal don't have any songs Weegie, nearly all Porkies are glory hunters and follow Benfica, Sporting or Porto. The few hundred that turn up for home games are usually very quiet, we ex-pats make the most noise!

So far we have drawn two away games and won our home game 3-0. Currently sitting in fifth place in Division III F.

I will be dragging Vince, Andy Lopata and Scottish Daz along to see us play on the 30th, so you will be able to get a first hand account of the "Imortal Experience" from them!
  • Maybe Dartford but more than likey not bother and save thousands.
  • [cite]Posted By: Friend_Or_Defoe[/cite]St Johnstone.

    Why? (Just curious)
  • Maybe because in the 70's we had a couple of friendlies against them, one at The Valley and one up there.
I remember trundling all the way up to Perth to see us lose 2-0.

They had a prolific goalscorer in those days called Henry Hall - who naturally scored against us.

I kind of half adopted St Johnstone after that and even today still look out for their result.
