Just wondered if any of you lifers have heard anything of substance regarding Charltons Strategic Review. I have seen a Hong Kong bussinessman and Americans linked and of course the original Nigerian and Russian story. Anyone know whats going on or gotan opinion ! Is it just paper blox ?
