last night he came into our local knowing he was gonna be the only nigel amongst loads of us.
he has been telling us how shite palace have been for a while now.
his view was that it was we deserved the win, and commented that our fans were "fantastic".
i really couldn't talk to him about the quality of the game, because watching these kind of games objectively is near on impossible for me.
just thought i have to say fair play to him. if roles were reversed i'd be hibernating.

I got a lift up with my mate and his uncle who is PalArse through and through, he even took us in that home only pub outside Norwood Junction (Don't worry I wiped my feet on leaving). They made more noise in the pub than during the game, nice boozer shame about all the glazier shit on the walls.

Still he gave us a lift home and in the car asked who i though was their best player? I thought about saying who were they, but opted for Scowcroft. God they lacked ability.
