No holiday here ;-(

and only a handful of people around all day! You lot just proved it, you only hang out with me to dodge work!!!

    I had to walk to the beach today. Took me 20 minutes. ;-)

    I was at work. This isn't a bank holiday in France as it's not religious, no one died and there wasn't a revolution on this date. Lots of strikes probably but if they granted a bank holiday for them no-one would ever work (or need to strike!).
    I ought to suggest that - it would go down well.
