Charlton On This Day and Miscellany
Some might recall that a few years ago (2012 to be precise) I published two books - Charlton On This Day and The Charlton Miscellany, packed with loads of things you ever wanted to know (and some you probably didn't) about our great club.
These have now been fully updated and republished to bring us up to date covering the crazy rollercoaster of the ensuing years.
My only regret - and it's a big one - is that it went to press before I was able to pay tribute to Norman but I was able to include a tribute to another Addicks legend Seb Lewis.
Bringing these books up to date was fascinating as it reminded me of the utter absurdity of much of the intervening period when the Valley's managerial merry-go-round was spinning at comedy pace and one unmentionable character loomed large.
Anyway, dare I say both books makes perfect stocking fillers and I must express thanks to all those who helped me turn both books round in double quick time, namely Rick Everitt, Ben Hayes at the Charlton Museum, Stuart Court, Ian Wallis and Richard Wiseman of CAST.
