OK, we have our final 10 photos.
First off, that was very difficult to narrow it down, we have some seriously talented photographers amongst us.
Secondly, the Boss thought it might spread the vote too narrowly if we ran all 10 against each other, so we're going to have two semi finals with the winner of each pitted against each other for the prize.
We'll post the first semi final later but the finalists are - In no particular order of preference:
