    I haven't seen the original Club biscuits for years anyway. The blue or red wrapper clubs which were plain chocolate on a biscuit. Only seem to see the mint and orange ones.

    But both treats are now described as "chocolate flavour" because the amount of cocoa they contain has been reduced after owner Pladis had to find cheaper alternatives to the main ingredient in chocolate.

    It wasn't their fault. It wasn't their choice. They "had" to find cheaper ingredients.

    Chocolate has become very expensive recently so I'm not surprised they've had to cheapen the ingredients. 

    Orange Clubs are still one of my go-to snacks when having a cuppa in the afternoon. Still tastes ok to me.
