I wouldn’t have Rogers in the side and I’m not keen on Spence as a right footed player  , playing left back .

Kane's been copyrighted? Better tell my spurs supporting brother as he named his cat Kane.

Why can't the whole team sing the national anthem.

Surprised Rashford hasn't got the left wing spot on form this season.

Hope he has a good full season and gets it for the world cup.

What is up with the quality streaming on ITV? Looks like it’s speeding up or missing frames. Can’t quite tell.

  • lol! How wasnt that a foul to Latvia... Lewis-Skelley (?) swung his leg, caught the player rather than the ball

I've been to that ground and it's fucking useless. So far away from the pitch. There's a smaller and more compact ground closer to the centre which is much better. however with Latvia who knows if they would be even able to play there. Most of their teams get done for all sorts of things which means they soon disappear. Tax, match fixing, dodgy owners, mafia links etc. Most of their league is made up of teams who have only existed for the last ten years as all the others had to be dissolved.
  • Getting worried about our chances of progressing to the World Cup, the longer this stays at 0-0

This is one of the lowest blocks I’ve ever seen. Latvia’s CBs must be in their own box most of the time.

Goalkeeper who can't take goal kicks so the CB has to do it. Reminds me of me. Then again I was never an international goalkeeper.

Oh look we scored. Good run and finish by Gordon.
  • Was just thinking how frustrating Gordon is, all pace and no end product... what do I know?!

    Very good goal.

No surprise it comes from a counter when they’re not set up. Will happen against better teams and will be crucial that we are lethal.

Nice ball by Gordon, kane should of made it two and then we could relax a bit

Looks like there's a car park behind Latvia's goal and just trees on the far side of the pitch. Welling would be more suitable for international football.

It's a mess. They even have a bobsleigh area there. It's not like Latvians are against football but this keeps becoming their national stadium and I just think you're not even trying. They basically just chucked all their sports in one place with a car park to the side.

Edit - Oh look we scored again. Nice bend by kane for the second.
  • Just needs one chance... Its why you cant ever leave him out.

UEFA have deemed the other stadium not fit for purpose or something which is why it’s being played in this odd place

Ah, ok, It might be because of the capacity. Not sure could be because it hadn't had any work done on it for a while due to financial issues.

76 goals for England, what a player.
