Car Bodywork Repair (North Kent / Medway)

Is anyone able to advise of any decent Car Bodywork Repair companies out in the North Kent area… Going to see how much it'll cost to repair the damage to my car (after someone hit it, and didn't leave a note on the weekend) without going through Insurance if possible.

Already contacted the below for some estimates…

  • GL Coachworks (Sidcup)
  • Coachwork Renovations (Gravesend)
  • Wrights Auto Body Repair (Strood)
  • MH Bodyworx (Rochester)

I've used GL Coachworks myself in the past, although they're already annoying me, what with trying to get the correct estimate from them. Wondered if anyone has used the others, or any other recommendations for that matter?

Urban body repair in Dartford. Know a few people who have used them & have been very happy with their work.

I'm told that if you don't use the car manufacturer it will effect the resale value of the car.
Presumably is more of a concern to a higher value car.

Have to hand mine back to the lease company soon and it has a tiny dink on one of the wheel arches. According to the company’s documentation they will charge me for this, despite it being tiny. sSo can anyone recommend a mobile company that could, possibly, pull this out?
  • Solus (Erith) did a great job on my car following an accident a couple of months ago. Excellent customer service too.

Used these before as part of my ‘dent’ insurance prior to handing back a car:
