    I always get Christmas cards sent from us and Australia that always arrive late Jan. Does this happen to anyone else ?

    Buy a postcard in Oz for about a quid - which automatically includes postage to anywhere in the world.

    The service is diabolical and getting worse. We had no post at all last week, with the last delivery having been on 18th September. Yesterday (1st October) we had several items of post, one of which was posted locally.  The date of posting was 22nd September, it was 2nd class but should have been delivered before yesterday,

    There is absolutely no attempt to stick to targets and I intend to complain to Ofcom. 

    Edit: Just did a quick Google search and Ofcom say you have to complain to Royal Mail directly.

    Now owned by the man who owns a significant chunk of West Ham…feels like he gets to screw over UK taxpayers in more than one way!
