Tickets for Tuesday's clash are no longer on sale and will not be available to purchase from Pride Park Stadium on matchday.

I'm still laid up and can't make the trip to one of my favourite grounds, with the Travelodge just 200 yards away  :'(  B)

oh ffs I was banking on just buying a ticket on the door.
  • Be nice if they could explain why they can't sell tickets at the door.

Sorry to hear that Uncle Lincs, I hope things are moving forward for you but at a slower rate than you'd like.

Click on to away supporter FAQ's, very strange to not be selling tickets tonight as they have not sold out.
@cafcnick1992 I'd suggest getting to the ticket office early enough to ask, if they will not sell a ticket go in the home end.

I’ve mentioned the issue re no sales on the door to the club and they are going to ask Derby about it - though say it may be too late in the day to get it changed. Will update here if I get any further news.

NOT for promoting widely please - if an away fan turns up and asks for a ticket in the Charlton end they should be able to buy one. Let’s hope it’s worth it for three points!

    Made it.
First game of the season for me.
Had to skip out of work early to make it. It is stock take day. Luckily we started early.
Sign at the ground says Thank you Charlton fans for travelling 149 miles. That makes it half way from my house in Kendal to the Valley.
    Kick off in 23 minutes.

You’ve made good time as it kicks off at 20:00!
  • Did they sell tickets tonight to the odd few?

If I had realised the kick off was not until 8.00 I would have relaxed a little more on the journey. That extra 15 minutes makes all the difference.
    Home now, 2 o'clock. Work at 9am.
Safe journey to anyone still travelling or yet to set off.

excellent turnout given it was midweek, live on the box + sandwiched between Sheff Utd and Preston
