  • KAMINSKI: 6.5 - good distribution and was fine on crosses, catching the ball or punching it well clear. His initial save leading up to their equaliser was decent; their forward was unmarked in the centre of the box and I think it's harsh to blame Kaminski for not pushing the ball away from the danger area
RAMSAY: 4 - he struggled at times against Millwall's left winger and his second idiotic yellow probably cost us the win we craved
    JONES: 7 - very solid
BELL: 7 - calm and very competent
APTER: 6 - some good combination play with Carey in the first half but wanted a bit too much time
COVENTRY: 6 - worked hard as usual but couldn't really help us to gain control of the game in midfield
CAREY: 8 - very good movement, energy and athleticism. A fine goal to open his account
DOCHERTY: 6.5 - as ever, very good out of possession with his determination and prodigious fitness. Less impressive in possession, even allowing for our predominantly long ball game
EDWARDS: 6 - did ok, although not quite as composed as usual
    KELMAN: 6.5 - looked sharper
CAMPBELL: 8 - troubled Millwall throughout with his pace and skill. Given his workload this season and the amount of travelling he's had this week, Tyreece put in a tremendous shift. We'd be a very grey side without him
            subs: BREE: 6 - fine
LEABURN: 7 - very impressive, especially with his very skilful footwork
                     BURKE: n/a
Referee: 8 - I thought he was very good

KAMINSKI: - 7 Personally, I thought he was excellent. The goal was due to poor reactions of any outfield players, rather than him. I find it's incredible that Kaminski parries one shot into the field of play, and is pilloried for it, but AMB is forgiven for it over and over again. Caught a number of crosses, under pressure, and when he punched, got a good distance on it.

RAMSAY: - 5 Was struggling anyway, before the sending off. A big wake up call for him. All those saying he'll be playing in the Premier League, take note! Not on this performance he won't!

JONES: - 7.5 Man mountain at the back. Even against some giants, still won header after header. Has looked like the Championship is as easy as League 1... so far.

BELL: - 8 Another excellent performance from the unsung hero. Strong, skillful on the ball, and calm, you can see why he's keeping Macca out of the side.

APTER: - 6.5 Not as much came off for him. Still a good relationship with Carey. Better defensively, too.

COVENTRY:  - 7 Standard Connor. Running as hard at the end as he was at the beginning, covering all along the defensive line.

CAREY:  - 9 MotM Outstanding, not only a cracking goal, but a tremendous workrate. In added on time, took on 6 Millwall players single handedly, and STILL got a pass away to a team mate.

DOCHERTY: - 7 Another good captain's performance, leading the press, and winning tackle after tackle.

EDWARDS: - 6 Not as good as he's been this season. Didn't get forward enough in support of Campbell.

KELMAN: - 7 Much, much better. Was never going to win many headers against a CB who looked about a foot taller than him, but wasn't out muscled, and showed some nice touches. Getting the hang of the system now...

CAMPBELL: - 8.5 Had his full back on toast all game, without a lot of help. Looked quicker than he has all season. Lack of end product still a concern.

subs: BREE: - 6 Looked solid, rather than spectacular. Nothing to moan about, which considering he's behind Apter in the pecking order, is no bad thing

LEABURN: - 5.5 Did many things well, but his attitude stank. Seemed to expect others to do his covering for him, in the lead up to the equaliser, despite the fact he'd been on the pitch less time than anyone else...

  • KAMINSKI: 6 Not as critical as some on his reaction for the goal, think it was a good save.
RAMSAY: 4 cost us 2 points. Tough afternoon. But he'll be back (just not next week)
JONES: 7 did one incredible tackle in the first with their player on the break, but kept on fouling and putting us under pressure
    BELL: 7 quiet confidence
APTER: 6 failed to impress today, even with his shot that hit the bar, which was more luck than judgement
COVENTRY: 6 overall a decent showing, but when their goal comes from a pass in that position, he's the guy who should be there.
CAREY: 8 MoM, not just for his goal, but dominated his space
DOCHERTY: 6 would've liked to see more, isn't imposing himself on games as much as I'd like.
EDWARDS: 6.5 these long throws are a waste of time, and his one-footedness caught him out a couple of times, but solid enough and looked a decent outlet
KELMAN: 6 highlight was his first time lay off out to Apter, but he needs more time before he'll properly be in the system.
CAMPBELL: 7 our biggest threat for most of the game
            subs: BREE: 7 quite impressed
                     LEABURN: 6.5
                     BURKE: n/a
Referee: 8 got all the big decisions right.

  • KAMINSKI: 7 his best game for us.
RAMSAY: 5 good first half but run ragged by their winger 2nd and cost us two points
    JONES: 8 commanding
    BELL: 8 championship quality player
APTER: 7 caused problems. Was a little surprised he was taken off. But obvs tactical
    COVENTRY: 7 solid performance
CAREY: 8 great goal and nice link up play. Less said about that free kick the better though!
    DOCHERTY: 7 100% effort
EDWARDS: 7 up and down all game
KELMAN: 7 ran the channels well and worked hard. Just needed one of those long balls to fall for him
CAMPBELL: 8.5 MOTM a constant threat

    BREE: 6 looked decent
LEABURN: 4 lumbered around a bit to no effect. Would nice if he would break into a sprint every now and then
BURKE: looked assured and one perfectly timed sliding tackle. My dad noted that as soon as he came on he was speaking to everyone and just telling them to calm down. A good influence
Referee: 7 difficult game to referee, but he kept a lid on tensions. Thought he got most things right. No complaints on the 2nd yellow. But I did wonder if Ramsay was the perpetrator of the first foul as two players converged at the same time?
