Its not even good minutes in legs atm. Kelman and Tanto getting less ball than a league game so no confidence building for them.

Karoy running around like a blue arsed fly but no-one showing for the ball.

Don't care about the cup personally.

More concerned about how poor some of the depth looks tonight.

People go on about Mitchell he's looked average everytime I've seen him.
Isn't he playing out of position ?
What's his position giving up a runner on the first goal then falling over for the second.

Ball pumped forward into the box and the keeper collects.

Are people going to be genuinely sad if we go out?

appreciate it’s not been good but I couldn’t give a toss if our second team gets beat and we’re out of the league cup?

momentum important and all that but this is a whole new 11 playing together for the first time
It would be nice to have a cup run now and again (and not just timed with appearances of Halley's Comet) as it would help with the confidence and mood around the club and the fans.

Getting dumped out at the first or second opportunity by a lower-league side is hardly conducive to building a winning mentality, regardless of what players have been picked.

I’m not fussed if we go out the league but I am fussed about the fact that our fringe players aren’t playing in anywhere near the style the first team does. And I’m particularly miffed that the midfield 3 who are quite experienced have been completely bypassed
Probably doesnt help, that those First Teamers out there potentially have the attitude that if they've been selected to basically babysit... Why should they give a shit

JRC to Knibbs, goes wide and gets fouled just to the left of the box and we have a free kick.

Kelman still not getting any service. Whats  the point of signing a player that thrives on through balls when all you are going to do is pump it long or in the air.

God forbid any injury, requires one of this 11 to come into first team.

Genuinely fucking hate the whole LWB/RWB system if you just shove a winger there. Fullah totally lost here, and should be bombing forward - Hobden nowhere to be found attacking the right hand last third.

JRC takes, Kelman's header flicked over for a corner from the right.

Thats not going to be a problem, as they'll have the experience of the rest of the first team around them

The problem will be, and a bloody big problem it'll be, is if the entire lot playing today have to be relied upon for a game.

As bad as the 2 goals were , our tactics to get the ball forwards and passing quality against a league two weakened side is more worrying .  All of these players could be playing in the league with a couple of injuries .  Woeful.

This is the problem with 11 player changes for a game. Even if we do have 'first-teamers' out there. They know they've been thrown out there in a meaningless game that Jones doesn't particularly care about.

That’s exactly what Apter is though, we’re just lopsided the opposite way to usual

Yes. If we'd won tonight - which we should have - we could have had a home game against one of the big boys.

Been consistently saying Mitchell is light weight and wishy washy in the challenge.

Also said disappointed with the side selected.

Better not lose on Saturday now.

A lot of fans on here with egg on their faces.
People just post the weirdest shit on here these days

Throw into their box, headed on by Hobden, but cleared.
