    They should probably work with academics at, say, Greenwich Uni, to come up with a proper co-production plan. Still, better than previous ownership groups and a good start.

    thanks to this thread I engaged with the Fans Liaison Officer and have been assured that after a plan of works at The Valley over the summer all locks on toilet doors have been fixed.
