    Kaminsky

    Edwards
    Gillesphey
    Jones
    Ramsay
    Apter

    Coventry
    Docherty
    Carey

    Campbell
    Kelman

Same setup as last season with Apter in for Small, Carey in for Berry, Kelman in for Godden and Kaminsky in for Mannion.

Would also expect to see at least Olaofe, JRC and Knibbs in the 2nd half.

Agree. But are Apter, Carey, Kelman and Olaofe as good as Small, Berry, Godden and Campbell?
If not starting weaker than the last season end? Just a thought.

Having done some research, considering how Watford play and options we have, i'm feeling better informed than most on here now.

Watford tend to play in a 4-3-3 formation, relying on their wingers to provide an attacking threat and pin back opposing wingbacks. So NJ needs 3 centre backs to deal with a sole strike. The whole back line will need to be on their toes. We also need to try to pack the middle of the pitch, hope that Apter can push forward and pull their defence wide to create space. Our second striker will have to stretch play on the opposite flank in the hope of creating a big enough gap for whoever plays in our number 10 role to exploit.

In summary, Watford have used a very narrow back four in pre season so our wide players will be crucial.

Not forgetting the 12th man (minus those of us priced out by the ridiculous £32+ minimum adult ticket price at this stage!!), COYR.

You've basically just copied this paragraph wholesale from the CAST preview

Well, I happen to be ITK on two of the starters. TC and Kelman will be up front. How do I know? The players told us when they were predicting the scorers.

TBF, we know that NJ had 3 forwards on the bench last season when he had the chance, so more of the same this season with making full use of the subs perhaps?

Based on fitness and what we've seen in pre-season

No room for Fullah unfortunately, Mannion, Burke, Godden, Berry and Taylor miss out through injury, I'd expect A. Mitchell, Kanu and Ahadme to have left by this time next week.

Enslin and Dixon alongside Fullah to be the wildcards that could break into the first team squad/impress in cup games
I would agree with your starting 11. Not sure about Olaofe though. Leaburn maybe?

I actually think it might be Olaofe and Leaburn. However was Leaburn not available for the last pre-season match?

If Nathan Jones thought the 4 new signings were not as good as the 4 you mention he wouldn't have signed them.
    In Jones we trust.
