Darren Fletcher's 18 year-old twin sons, Jack and Tyler, are both on the bench for Man United in their match against Newcastle tonight.2

Shame he didn’t call them Norman and Stanley.Addick Addict said:Darren Fletcher's 18 year-old twin sons, Jack and Tyler, are both on the bench for Man United in their match against Newcastle tonight.7 -
Cherki is such an exciting player to watch. Wonder how long it will take Guardiola to coach that out of him.1

TNT interviewing players at half time again.
The first time I noticed this was when Orient played Man City in the cup and they interviewed an Orient player. Outrageous to demand an interview in the middle of what may well have been the biggest game of his career and he needed to be totally focused on his job.I don’t know what it is about this that irritates me so much, but it really does piss me off.I think it’s just that I think some things should be sacred, and access to the players and bench during the game should be off limits.4 -
Martinelli with one of the misses of the season v brighton1

Hilarious air-shot in the Wet Spam penalty area by Olly Scarles hands the ball to Fulham and the subsequent cross is headed home by Jimenez.
Game over 0-1 Fulham.3 -
Villa turn it round from 1-0 down to go 2-1 up at Stamford bridge, after Chelsea had been unbelievably dominant for the first hour.
Triple substitution turned the game on its head.
And it stayed 2-1. Ha.Muggy Chelsea c***s. “World Champions”? Fuck off. 😎4 -
Jesus. What a fucking shithole Selhurst Park is.
Cheerleaders, pyrotechnics and that godawful “Glad all over” song.

Thankfully they didn't Spurs it up, for the visitors it is as you were.1

For those of you who haven't watched much of Spurs this season, it hasn't been much better than that against PL opposition. The football is as dull as dishwater. We had more flare under George Graham.JohnBoyUK said:This is one dogsh*t game of football
We made Wilf Hughes and Wharton look like prime Fernandinho and KdB for the most part of that. God knows what the possession stats were in Palace's favour.
Spurs have no patterns of play and we have no identify. How do you go about describing the style? Try and be tight at the back, put everything through Kudus or rely on set pieces or long throws. Its like watching Stoke under Pulis. Bored sh*tless in all honesty.
We are in desperate need of more quality but we're not exactly an attractive proposition now0 -

Do they still have cheerleaders? Assumed they had gone years ago.0

So did I, but they were definitely there.Athletico Charlton said:Do they still have cheerleaders? I think this is a bit of a myth though really. Yes Guardiola has a certain way of playing but he didn't coach it out of any of the Barcelona players, and he didn't coach it out of Sterling, Mahrez, Sane, De Bruyne etc. They all had their best ever seasons under his coaching. Theres also Foden who won footballer of the year under his coaching.Chunes said:Cherki is such an exciting player to watch. Wonder how long it will take Guardiola to coach that out of him.1 -
As if we didn’t already know how many light years they are away from us.MarcusH26 said:https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/6899543/2025/12/30/crystal-palace-brennan-johnson-tottenham-transfer/

He has yet to decide if he wants the move though. Reckon he'll bide his time, see what else comes upMarcusH26 said:https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/6899543/2025/12/30/crystal-palace-brennan-johnson-tottenham-transfer/

Wouldn't be surprised if he ends up at Bournemouth once Semenyo gets sorted.Redvalleyeast said:

For me that is a bizarre pen for Chelsea given via VAR, tonight v Bournemouth. The Chelsea attacker appeared to be falling already and the slightest brush against his rear calf was deemed sufficient. I would have expected a stronger ref to book the Chelsea player for diving and no need for VAR and no pen.0

As if @Garrymanilow's week isn't going badly enough, Man U have just subbed on no. 700

Arsenal ripping Villa a new one in the 2nd half. 4-0 now1
