That's a blast from the past! My recollections of that paper are it being "The South London Depress" and a Millwall rag.  Sad to see it go though, a South London tradition.

Hasn't been published in printed form for a good few years. 

And now looks like it can't survive in an online format. 

Sad because though it may have had a Millwall bias, it always had good coverage of charlton as well.
