Was meant to go and pick my mum up for dinner this morning, had to pass that onto the wife as I was most certainly over the limit still.

Throat in bits, head was pounding but what a day.

Had to go to a lunch and family walk around Wisley gardens. Absolutely insane.

Slow burner that is sure. Peaked about 3pm - simply could not keep the eyes open anymore.
    Which was handy in Morrisons.

I feel so run down! That day at Wembley came after a week's holiday in Turkey so the compound effect has ruined me.

At least you’ve got a couple of months to recover before the start of the new season!

Still so drained. Currently sat on a webinar at work. Two hours to go, might have a snooze.

Thats where I'm at, fitness is ok. Knees are showing their age and were in the 27k steps club on Sunday too. On top of 25k on Saturday

Voice not expected to return until Friday, my voice is like Chuks. Good for a game on Saturday but no good for Saturday-Tuesday-Saturday. Only cameos

Out of curiosity I checked my steps for Sunday and Yesterday. Sunday 18,571 - yesterday 137.

This is pretty much me. No hangover as drove down, but have the attention span of a gnat currently . Roll on Friday

Feel worse today. Tried to get back on the horse yesterday and had a couple of pints in the afternoon but found myself napping on the sofa at about 5pm.

Body just feels absolutely wacked - throat is appalling but so thankful for WFH…

I was surprisingly okay the next day. Tired but I think I would have been anyway if I hadn't touched any booze.

Still tired today whilst being back in the office..35 going on 75 at this rate!

I got invited back up The Camden yesterday afternoon but there was no way I could face it. My wife and daughter went to Bluewater and left me on the sofa to watch the League 2 play off final. Thankfully, my wife is very tolerant and said she'd leave me alone all day and not ask me to do anything. I did manage to sort a squeaky door hinge that took about 20 seconds with a squirt of WD40 but that was about it.

In the circs, that was quite a good effort to be fair.
