Saturday 3pm Kick Offs Next Season.

Got a congrats message from a QPR fan today.

Asked him about Sky messing about with the kick off times, reckoned only 8 of QPR’s matches were at Saturday 3pm, which makes it really hard if you want to go away, and not miss a match, I wonder how many of our matches will end up being not at 3pm on a Saturday, when the fixtures come out, and get moved around?

That being said, I’d sooner have this problem, then being stuck in league one, which I was sick of, and am delighted to be out of.

There will be more evening games compared to League One, because Championship matches dont get played on International Weekends.

Starting to now miss the football saturday/sunday fixture schedule etc.

Probably wouldn't feel that way if Charlton were still in league one.

Just 4 weeks away and everything returns.

    Saturday/Tuesday - always fixtures playing.

The lack of 3pm’s are really annoying. I think it’s time to end the 3pm blackout so that these extra televised games can go on at 3pm instead of 12:30

Cynically I think this was the plan all along, one of the groups against ending the blackout was EFL clubs and fans, piss them off by moving their games around so that they will then be happy with the compromise of returning to mostly 3pm but no blackout. If that was their plan then it’s worked on me

Probably about the same for us as we had in League One, but yeah, more properly scheduled evening games.

4th round of the FA Cup is scheduled for same day as Stoke at home & 5th round is scheduled for same day as Birmingham at home. Potential for another two home matches to be rearranged.

Are Stoke and Birmingham going on a Cup run then?
