Amos - 8 Developing into a very good keeper. Earlier in the season he had the saves but not the catching. He's got that too now.
Dijksteel - 5 So disappointing. Timid in possession...timid in attacking intent. He has the technique and the physical attributes but looks like a typical academy product....no verve. Should have a few sessions with John Humphrey on how to bomb on at home. Magennis chased a hopeful ball down the right with 5 to go....Dijksteel stood inside our half and watched him....should've been 10 yards behind him at that stage.
Pearce - 5. Unlike him, he stood off his man in 1st half. Didn't get tight. Did try... Didn't give up....but would get slaughtered in The Championship.
Bauer - 6 Looked like the Wimbledon game affected him 1st half. Didn't attack balls. 2nd half got better and started to nick balls off the forward.
Da Silva - 5 When he has a badish game you know you're in trouble. Still had moments and produced one beautiful stand up to the far post 1st half. Sadly we had Zyro not Leaburn up front.
Reeves - 6.5 Scurried about and did what he could do from his curious narrow right position. One beautiful through ball 1st half. A top striker would've got it....Ajose didn't.
JFC - 6 Battled and tried. Nice delivery for Aribo's 1st half header. But where was he for the last 25 mins?
Aribo- 5 Started poorly. Bottled some 50/50s but got better and showed some skill. Not enough though. Will learn from this hopefully.
Kakai - 5 Tried to put a foot in where he could. Got switched when Bowyer changed to 4 -1- 3- 2. One beautiful cushioned ball down the line. Needs to play with confidence rather than tit about.
Ajose - 4 I've given him a high mark because of lack of service. Made a fuck of one wonderful over the top to him from Zyro (miscontrolled) and Reeves aforementioned through ball. Good shot from 20 yards but overall...terrible.
Zyro- 3 Two excellent balls when he dropped back but woeful as a forward. How did he get picked and then last 50 mins? Should've been subbed on 20.
Magennis 5 For his three excellent clearing headers. Terrible up front.
Fosu 6 Tried too hard (did a Ricky Holmes). Looked the most likely but totally over did it.
Mav 0 Now...i will revise this if someone can prove he touched the ball in his 20 mins. I don't think he did and whilst I accept he has had bad injuries, he ought to go back to Arsenal if that's his contribution. Ps im actually a Mav fan but he cant be defended for that today.

Pearce: 6 DaSilva: 6 - got caught out at the back due to the formation we were playing. he had to go forward to give us an option on the wing otherwise we really would of been completely without idea attacking. unfortunately no one supported him. Reeves: 4 - a few decent passes but the game mainly passed him by due to his position. gone back to how he was before Bowyer. lightweight. looked tired. Forster-Caskey: 4 - too deep. he was involved a lot but couldn't get the ball moving fast enough. gave it away a few times as well. Aribo: 4 - had a few moments of his skill and dribbling ability but not much other than that. Kaikai: 2 - the tactics of a winger not going down a wing seems crazy to me. why play him in the middle? he could of helped da silva down that wing but then again even when he does have the ball he looks completely out of his depth. Ajose: 4 - yes he can run but without the ball coming to him in the box he's ineffectual. Zyro: 4 - struggled but not helped with the support around him. Maginnes: 5 - slightly better than zyro but we barely got the ball to him. Fosu-Henry: 6 - gave a bit of life to our attack but holds the ball too much. but with the players around him it doesn't surprise me. the same problem that Holmes and lookman faced.

Bowyer 5. We overload the left hand side and next to nothing comes down the right. Teams know this and put in extra cover. Much too slow passing. When a team presses, play it long down the channel.
Time to bring back Marshall - as Redrobbo said we tend to overload on left side..Still think Marshall can do a job for us. Too many bad performers yesterday and as some have alluded if we concede first then it would seem it's game over. Shit or Bust time and only wins will get us in playoffs. Let's just hope Fosu can do the biz for us
