I haven't seen this mentioned anywhere else but the idea that we were nearly relegated because the `protests didn't help' is grating on me.

    Didn't we statistically have a better record in games where there were organised protests, so the protests did help with results?

    If the scale and success of the protests affected our league position, we would have gone down as Champions. Useless, incompetent, fat-headed ownership whose answer to everything is spin it to blame someone else, usually the customers. That's why the club is much rescued and being sold.
