Evening everyone, and a big Tuesday welcome ahead of tonight's cup game. Expecting a very busy one on here tonight for some reason.

@JiMMy 85 is currently on route to CL Towers, and provided he doesn't carry through his threat to destroy a Southern Rail employee, will be in the hot seat provided his unique adaptation of 'commentary' this evening.

    Bit of a premature closure of the other thread. I was halfway through a post!

    9 players from the youf side so no loss of confidence if we lose and a a huge boost to the squad if we do well/win.

    i can't work out who is playing where!! I'm assuming jacko and dijksteel are the full backs with aribo and Charles-cook the holding midfielders? Or will cc be right back and dijksteel in midfield

    A stronger bench than the last round. Interesting that he's given himself the option of bringing on Josh, when you would have thought you'd want to keep him fresh for Saturday.

    I predicted the team on the other thread as being like this:
    Phillips
    Dijksteel, Konsa, Sarr, Jackson
    RCC, Aribo
    Fosu, Clarke, KAG
    Novak

    I stand by that being the formation. Dijksteel and RCC could swap and it might be an idea to give them a half in each position. I think KR see's Dijksteel as back up RB to Solly now, hence why I think he will start there.

    It's ok, shows why KR mentioned wanting a winger though when we have to play both Clarke and Fosu.

    Also still think we are a little weak at FB as he clearly doesn't trust Barnes and Jackson is no LB.

    Not sure JJ is the greatest full back in the world. Hopefully he'll be in midfield.

    Regardless of whether or not Reeves is match fit Clarke is important to us.

    Regardless of whether or not Reeves is match fit Clarke is important to us.
    Even more so when there is literally no replacement for him at the minute though. Still think Stewart is worth a 6 month deal or someone like him.
