Cort is on a season long loan and apparently Preston have given permission for Russell to play. (Did they lose in the first round?)

could always sign him in a pay as you play contract for a month
  • Anyone know what team Carlisle will put out? First team or reserves.

I'd rest BWP/Hollands and one of either Morro or Taylor.

The free transfer deadline has closed, so we wouldn't be able to sign anyone at all until jan

If he has no club then you can

He's decent and would be a good signing IF he can prove his fitness and if he's prepared to wait for a place in the 1st team .. Solly is going to be VERY difficult to shift on his present form

Yes of course we do............ The League One Championship! So give the regular first teamers a well earned break to recharge their batteries especially with 4 games in 16 days coming up from 17th December onwards.

I'm with you Jimmy.  MORE THAN ONE AIM!

  • Would be a bit disappointed id we put a reserve team out for this as it's a great opportunity for us to get a lucrative 3rd round draw. Not expectin a full strengh line-up either though. A nice mixture should be enough to see us progress.

                           Solly   Cort   Morrison   Evina

    Taylor
    Hollands
    Green
    Wiggins
    Euell
    Benson

I left out Kermorgant & Russell due to poss injurys picked up on monday eve.
  • We played a pretty strong team in the first team with just a few changes. I can't see any reason to think it will be any different this time.

    Agree with that, Redman.

Hope we get a decent crowd after Monday night's heroics.

  • ONE AIM

    stick the ressies out

    not too fussed

  • Really dont think major changes are needed, we are on a winning run with a possible big tie in the next round if we win Saturday. Let's not jeopardise it.

Sullivan, Solly, Taylor, Morrison, Evina, Wagstaff, Hollands, Russell, Bover, BWP, Hayes

Subs: Hamer, Wiggins, Cort, Green, Hughes, Euell, Smith

  • sullivan, solly, cort, morrison, evina, wagstaff, russell, pritchard, ephraim, hayes, euell - subs: hamer, taylor, wiggins, alonso, hollands, smith, BWP

    Solly, Cort, Morrison, Evina
    Waggy, Russell, Pritchard, Bover/Harriott
    Hayes, Smith

Subs:- Pope, Taylor, Wiggins, Alonso/Hughes, Hollands, Euell, Popo

I am not fussed about the FA Cup. It would be nice to get to the 3rd round (money, big day out maybe) but there is ONE aim and that's the league

Ephraim is not available, Benno won't want to be cup tied, can't see Alonso appearing but I think changes should be made as the 1st team deserve a break. We won't be under major pressure.
  • Callum Harriott won't play they will play Bover Isquido instead Chriisy seems not to like Harriott as much as Parky did.
