Sportlemon.tv seems to have a higher quality feed selection than other types.
Also, the Expat Shield software helps me watch stuff on iPlayer and ITV from the US. Very, very handy.(And I should add that none of this has given me any problems as of yet on my five-year old Gateway laptop. Knock on wood.)0 -

MyP2P won a case against the rights holders for live sport recently but now their domain has been put on Hold, effectively closed down. I am sure they will pop up again or in another guise.
