Think it's been a poor World Cup for doppelgangers (and haircuts and players with funny names tbh), but here's a few I've spotted:

Scott Chipperfield (No11 Australia) – Toby Flederson from The Office

Vladimir Weiss (no7 Slovakia) – The cartoon drawing of Karl Pilkington

Jachim Loew (Manager Germany) – Johnny Marr

Rob Walker (BBC OB) – Love child of the Chuckle Brothers

Facially Lucio (?spelling) of Brazil (the number 3) looks like Darren Ambrose. There the resemblance ends as Lucio is a man mountain and Darren......isn't

Carles Puyol and the infamous Terry Hurlock.
I thought Portugal's Almeida had a hint of Frank Worthington about him - must have been the Brylcreem!
Gareth Barry and a tub of lard (although there were quite a few candidates for that one in the England Squad).
