Yes I have reported it previously, more than once, on the post match feedback emails the club periodically send.valleynick66 said:

They didn't piss on the floor. The urinal got block & overflowed. I could see that when I went in before the game around 9.40pm. Was 10x worse when I went back in again after the game had finished.Dazzler21 said:
Can fellow fans not act like normal human beings and not piss all over the floor?golfaddick said:
Do we not have stewards or stadium staff who can sort it out during the game ? This is 2025. ....not 1975.Dazzler21 said:
Might want to look at your fellow fans for that.golfaddick said:PWR.
Don't know what to think after that. My emotions are all over the place. Angry, annoyed, pissed off and feeling sorry for the lads - didn't deserve that scoreline at the end.
Will need to cool down before I post sensibly but all I will say is this.....we certainly need a LWB by next Saturday.
Oh......and the club is a shambles. Toilet block in the AC stand had a floor full of piss. Cant use 2 of the cubicles or the far end urinal unless you want to be able deep in the stuff.
Utterly shambolic on & off the pitch.
Whilst the club should proactively check / manage it’s also true that they can’t fix what they don’t know about / is annoying people.I have the same position on graffiti and broken pavements etc in the borough - report it and make it known. Don’t give them the wriggle room to ignore.1 -
No excuse then. Unacceptable.Valley Ant said:

It does,it used to deal with it though, things for the new owners to learn. We have fallen from grace a long way, but we are building things up again, patience is required.IAgree said:
I get a couple of Pepsi max's and the odd bovril and go for the football, must be 15 years since I had a beer at a game, however for many the experience includes having a drink and a snack. I think that’s down to the individual and what you go to football for. Personally I don’t eat or drink in the stadium, I don’t often queue for long and I’m patient, covered end toilets you have to wait for a bit but are ok, not saying others experience is acceptable by the way. Modern football is what it is, the club would have been happy for the extra revenue and are not going to say no thanks.IAgree said:
Agreed to a point however it’s not unreasonable to expect to be able to get through the turnstile, have a drink and a bite to eat and be able to use working toilets. @Off_it quite A few Chelsea I looked to see who had a photo with hasselbank as the gauge .
No one jumped up when they scored so all on best behaviour I had 3 Chelsea youngsters in my group and they knew to stfu .
lounge had 140 ish against Coventry and nearer 220 tonight .
hopefully the ill fella is fine but his injury time cost us 😉
as usual the failure of the scum and palace brings the only footballing joy but knowing palace can mix it with Chelsea’s first team makes me feel sick and confirms why I can never watch a game with them until the last few mins when they’re losing , light years away from us .
i’m jut a miserable twunt but all the daytrippers singing the play off songs “the reds are going up” yep right o can clear off , musical chairs and fannying around , roads busy as fuck that late on and just people , nope not for me

give me 538 Charlton freaks at a snowy freezing Blackburn away Over the circus and fireworks and lighshow gimmicks
some YouTuber was sat near us apparently the kids recognised him big John a goalkeeper
Chelsea had two (motor vehicle) coaches their entourage was ridiculous more hangers on than you could believe , they asked for 20 of their back room staff to have access to the tunnel , they asked for a 55 inch plasma in the changing room bunch of cnuts fuck em .

Maybe not trolling (but it is) but there's plenty of posters on here that just love their thinly veiled digs and outright antagonising others just because they don't like seeing an opposite view.
It's incredibly pathetic how angry and how desperate some people are to be seen as "right"

Great post, RCT. 👍🏻RodneyCharltonTrotta said:From the people that sit round to me, the stadium, rag tag squad, and our genuine authentic fanbase felt proud to be Charlton last night.
Keep your modern Chelsea, Arsenal, Man Citys....plastic support these days cheering on a collection of mercenaries against another set of mercenaries each week surrounded by tourists and Johnny come lately types and people with no connection to the clubs or their areas.
My son said on way up to his first night game 'I love supporting Charlton" and as he sat between me and his uncle last night i told him we're a proper club with proper support no matter how unfashionable, unglamorous we are or poor the football is at times.
Chelsea battered us last night but not in a million years wouls I have wanted to be sat in the away end. More passion in celebrating our solitary goal in a 5 1 drubbing than i expect is seen at modern Stamford Bridge.
Most positive i felt after such a big loss and players did themselves proud.
Mist rolling in from the thames at the end was poetic.
Hopefully this will help boost us to go out and beat Sheffield united next week.
Great Charlton night despite the hammering.1 -
Yep, improvements needed, and we are on a general and historic upward trajectory. Agreed with both of you from the outset but you have each managed to engineer yourselves in to 'positions' since then!!0

If you think that's trolling lord knows what you think of some more infamous posters on here over the years, who's only comments are to deliberately antagonise and annoy others, and be contrary and obtuse at all times1 -
At least (back of the envelope) taking into account VAT, the FA percentage, the share for Chelsea, the costs to stage the match, and the TV money, and averaging the tickets at £25 a pop, we may well have got a third of a million quid out of the cup tie.
A lot more money than a tie where we lose away at Preston North End.2 -

That would have paid last night's Chelsea side's wages for a couple of days ... at most.0 -

For the third, why doesn't Coventry pull Garnacho back/smash him like Docherty did when picking up a booking in the first half. It was clear we were hugely exposed.
...
From where I was sitting - and I've seen no replays or footage of the game - it looked like Coventry never caught up with him until he was already in the penalty area, by which time it's too late to do the team thing and drag him down.
The lucky ricochet in front of Garnacho - and behind Coventry - meant that he was starting a couple or so yards behind and had to turn 180° whereas Garnacho was already moving in that direction so had a big advantage.
The incident started from the breakdown of one of our attacks - we'd just pulled a goal back and were pushing for an equaliser - so we had little defensive shape for the breakaway.
3 -
That was a much better performance, against better opposition, than the similar drubbing by Southampton.4

I get what people are saying about Chelsea's posession and the number of shots, but I still felt the scoreline flattered them. Perhaps if it had been 1-5 at 80 minutes I might have felt differently? Two goals in injury time will always make me feel a bit hard done by.
Two "maybe" penalty shouts, he gives theirs but not ours. Theirs absolutely wasn't - Mannion touched the ball. Jones? If VAR was available that would have been one for the ref to take a look at again. One of the few times the TNT Chelsea fan club said something I agreed with. We saw four or five angles in quick succession and they and I thought that was all that was needed to send it back to the ref, it took seconds, but we all knew VAR would have been pawing over that for minutes before making a decision. Why must it take so long? As a Charlton fan, I saw their player get a foot to the ball but barge Jones over, whether Jones stubbed his toe is irrelevant, it was a clumsy attempt to get the ball from behind. Outside the area, many, many times you see a free kick given for that whether the tackler has touched the ball or not.
I still say playing the first team was correct, despite Bell's injury, but delighted that the naysayers can say I told you so, I am sure it has pleased them no end.
Were we too passive in the first half? That Chelsea played the ball around in their half for a full two minutes from kick off showed me that their game plan was to draw us out and exploit the gaps once they opened. So maybe NJ realised that would be their MO and told our players not to get caught by it? Just a thought.
It was an ideal scenario for Rosenior, he could play a mostly reserve team that was still worth more than Mayfair, and nobody was going to criticise him. All those players were guaranteed to give it their all to impress the boss in his first game and prove they should be in the starting line up. Anyone gets injured? Well it's a benchwarmer anyway. Charlton take the lead? Well here's Park Lane and Oxford Street waiting in the wings. Unless we turned into Real Madrid for the night, with no points at stake, he couldn't lose.
The TV coverage took me back twenty years. Playing any of the big six and seeing how completely and utterly skewed towards the money club it all is. Two former Chelsea players as pundits, only Rosenior interviewed, and as for the commentary - I would bet that Chelsea TV's coverage would have been more balanced than that - seriously. Don't they get that outside the half a million glory hunting Asians watching, everyone else (bar Millwall & Palace) wants the underdog to win?
Anyway, onward and (hopefully) upwards. Popping over for the two games next week, so fingers crossed...I agree with you re the pens, but wonder if the fact that Jones appeared to plant his toe maybe have counted against him more in the light of the rather soft pen he won against Blackburn. As far as Bell goes, I'd rather have been happy than right. Am praying that the Edwards replacement is imminent, as our potential back line against Sheff Utd is giving me the heebie-jeebies, but Macca is a bit more solid with a decent defender outside him.Don't get me started again on the commentary - Joe Hart was so far up he'd have been able to see tonsils 😡

The Chelsea noise seemed ok to me. You'd hardly expect them to be massively up for the game, but I've heard way worse away ends at The Valley.charlton_hero said:Unsurprisingly poor support from Chelsea I thought, who only seemed to sing when they had a two goal cushion.

The home atmosphere was nothing special last night, until Miles got his goal. IF we had not conceded the 3rd so quickly, it would have been a cauldron between then and the final whistle, but it quickly died down again.

Okay, we'll leave it there.Sword65pf said:
I’ve no doubt, I can only comment on personal experience and these things haven’t had much of downside to my match day experience. God knows how people would feel about walking over the monkey nut shells back in the day!!🙄ElfsborgAddick said:
Patience, the service has been shocking for years.Sword65pf said:
It does,it used to deal with it though, things for the new owners to learn. We have fallen from grace a long way, but we are building things up again, patience is required.IAgree said:
I get a couple of Pepsi max's and the odd bovril and go for the football, must be 15 years since I had a beer at a game, however for many the experience includes having a drink and a snack. I do think the Valley struggles with a capacity crowd however. An extra six thousand does push the facilities to the limits.Sword65pf said:
I think that’s down to the individual and what you go to football for. Personally I don’t eat or drink in the stadium, I don’t often queue for long and I’m patient, covered end toilets you have to wait for a bit but are ok, not saying others experience is acceptable by the way. Modern football is what it is, the club would have been happy for the extra revenue and are not going to say no thanks.IAgree said:
Agreed to a point however it’s not unreasonable to expect to be able to get through the turnstile, have a drink and a bite to eat and be able to use working toilets. Personally I hate all the varied kick off times too.Sword65pf said:I do find it odd that for people that apparently love this club etc, quite a few on here, find it so easy to criticise, the club, manager, players so often and so easily. Now there is nothing wrong with constructive criticism but to just complain about everything makes me wonder why they bother. The club are on an upward trajectory why not enjoy the ride because things have been a lot worse.0 -
I also entered upper tier gate 13. I could have used upper tier gate 14, as per instructions on my ticket, but that was closed.Bailey said:Just one other thing about the pre-match arrangements and Pyrotechnics. On the 7th January the clubs official site released 'Information for supporters attending Chelsea Tie' Ed Warrick is part of a video presentation, on that message, it specifically asks supporters to be in their seats earlier than usual because of the crowds expected, there is even a picture of the pyrotechnics to give you a clue as to what may happen pre-match, the bars stopped serving 30 mins before the kick off so you could drink up, get to the turnstile and get to your seat. I drove up from Chartham for the game, parked up at Flamstead road walked down to Bartrams, got in after a little wait and had a Peroni top, and then went to upper tier 13 gate and was in my seat ten minutes before kick off. My point being is that if I can do that then so can you, I do it most games, it's my ritual, I actually love my football club for all it's faults and I will keep making that journey and make sure I'm there ready for my Peroni top and in my seat ready to cheer the boys on, I would suggest that those of you who see my football club as just a verbal punch bag should fuck off and support some other team, I understand Chelsea reserves are looking for supporters.Operational issues are a fair criticism. Broken toilets, broken turnstiles, no lock on trap 3, poor food, poor service. We shouldn’t just suck it up.
And a “Peroni top” is in the same league as a white Americano - words that should never be uttered in a football ground. 😉9 -
Probably just as well Ramsay wasn't fit to play against Chelsea as they would've offered several million just to spite Charlton; whereas BlueCo will now offer several million to buy Miles Leaburn and send him to Strasbourg !
I predicted it would be Fullah but as he didn't get on...
Scott Parker left deep psychological scars for so many Charlton fans towards Chelsea and for some to him personally.
Only watched on Sky for this mismatch but I have around 7 wins on my CV against Chelsea going right back to a win at the bridge with Killer Hales in the team 3-2 ? and young Butch Wilkins for them. 4-2 and 5-1 at home plus those 1-0 wins away.
Back to the present:
Reality is like a winter's day; harsh and unforgiving.
With Ramsay, Burke, Edwards not fit and Bell playing despite not being 100% the chance of an upset were slim with our makeshift defence.
I could never see our Alamo type defending from the 1st whistle ever working over 90+ minutes and once they scored in 45+4 we were doomed as we had to leave our fortress.
I understand why Nathan started with this approach because of the missing players but I found it a hard watch as Chelsea are the only team I hate despite knowing 3 coaches there who have all been promoted in the last week.
1-5 was cruel but like most on CL, I could only see an away win. 0-1 at HT and 0-3 were my prediction.
I really hope Miles can play like that every week because we saw the best of Leaburn and he showed the weakness in the Chelsea defence especially Badiashile who both him and Kelman were beating to the ball in the 1st half on our rare attacks upfield.
Championship survival in our 1st season back is now the 100% focus which surely was always the goal once the mandatory injuries occurred.
