No one knows that for sure. Some say the game turned, not with the sending off, but with the Millwall subs prior to that, when Alex Neil bought the youngsters on. The very fact that Ramsay get sent off was because he was getting skinned and made a desperate tackle, while we were attacking with pace and in numbers.
