Millwall [a] Tickets on restricted sale (SOLD OUT)

It’ll sell out, of course. Millwall always guarantees one of those afternoons where football meets anthropology. A trip to The Den is never just a match it’s an experience of seeing a long lost tribe of neathedrals, as they spit their vemon at us from the adjacnet stands.
To be fair, a few I’ve met have been perfectly decent but rivalry is rivalry, and the chips on shoulders remain impressively large and never far beneath the surface does the "No one likes us we don't care' exist with most Bushwackers. It’s been a few years since my last visit to the Lions’ Den. I’m oddly looking forward to the pre-match meet-up at London Bridge… less enthusiastic about the post-match logistics, the tunnel walk to South Bermondsey and 45mins waste of time, waiting for them to disperse.
I’ve seen enough of "Millwall" over the years to know caution is wisdom from the old days of “Treatment”, to their cameo appearances (Tottenham ’77 still lives on in Panorama folklore), to them waiting for us at London Bridge post match and Living in Elephant and New Cross through the 80s and 90s, close enough to walk to the Old Den, gave me a healthy respect for timing your exits. I even remember when you could drive and park behind the Old Den's away end, them were the days
Am I optimistic? Of course. It’s football, bloody hell, why not? the voodoo has to broken one day .....And whatever happens, at least we know the Addicks will pack the double decker stand and be heard loud and proud. Our fans will turn up, back the Addicks and remind everyone in SE London were top dogs.... COYA'S

I was 13 the last time we beat them at the toolbox. Im 42 now.5

Have they sold their home tickets out now does anybody know? Need to have an eye on a plan B once our away end is sold out. As mentioned above, there's a load of embarrassing and incorrect history guff on their thread about the game but can't see whether they've actually sold out yet or not?0

Fair enough. Bad memory!AFKABartram said:You’re wrong, we’ve sold out every time now for decades there0 -
Toolbox tickets secured. Upper Tier safe standing - lovely!0

Guessing upper tier has sold more than lower? Also can somebody confirm if I have a friend linked on my account. I can purchase 4 at one time?0
-
Tickets secured for me and SR! Can't wait, surely we can finally do it?!0
-
Tickets sorted. Expecting the usual misery.1
-
I’d guess just over 200 left in lower tier and about 550-600 in the Upper

Bought my extra one this morning luckily stood together 👍. More left than I thought the prices are a joke but it is Millwall I’ve missed our annual day of misery

lined up for a 2pm ticket purchase visit - in and out like the SAS hopefully - what could possibly go wrong0

Can you tell him he's wrong about us never selling out a London derby outside the top division. He can go to several occasions after our return to the Valley in 1992 as a start.MillwallFan said:

Just leaves him with his contortions about how you've averaged higher attendances in the lower leagues, even when the actual records differ from the facts he would prefer to see.
Nevermind him ignoring our 26 and a bit seasons in the top flight.0 -
What he doesn't understand is that when we were drawing huge crowds (only 10 clubs in the country have averaged over 40k in a season) - a lot of our support was coming from the docks and factories along the river - one of which was the Woolwich Arsenal - the biggest factory in the world. Many, including quite a few from my family worked there Saturday morning and went to the game in the afternoon and, like my family, went home to places like Woolwich and Eltham (a tram running directly from Eltham to the woolwich arsenal). So instead of his nonsense about us having some sort of suburban / office heritage, we were actually drawing most of our support from the river industries that made this country what it was / is. Whilst we were making the ammunition that won our country the second world war (and all wars before that), they were unloading bananas. Put that in your history book Moody, Millwall fan, Woodwork or whatever your called today. .Southendaddick said:Spanners online is a fascinating read proper proper anorak stuff from Millwallfan/Moody love it 😂6 -

Right lads, I’ve managed to get Millwall away tickets for all 13 of us. Big hand for Judas who is arranging some cash for the beer money. Stay safe and I’ll see you all back here…Covered End said:Our 13 all have tickets now.

Just had a look on their pathetic excuse of a forum. There's two guys on there (Moody and Wippa) who are both absolutely fucking obsessed with us.dickad1 said:I went on their main forum again this morning - the one that sometimes gets over ten posts a day, is not interested in Charlton and is stuffed full of genuine inner-london docker types, and no suburban geeks.
They are banging on about attendances, in a manner I found particularly threatening.
One bloke who is especially not-obsessed with Charlton somehow finding a hard as nails way to convince even me that Millwall’s historical average is higher than Charlton’s; making the killer point that we only won the FA cup because playing on the ‘Kent borders’ we were relative beneficiaries of the second world war (ignoring the fact we finished 2nd, 4th and 3rd in the three seasons preceding, nevermind the proximity of things like Woolwich and the Royal Docks); and we haven't sold out a non-top-flight London derby since the 1950s - glossing over that 1. it’s easy to do with a lower league, low capacity, soulless, generic stadium; and 2. it’s factually incorrect.
But you don't need to be right when you're terrifying.

I don’t know him and I don’t post on there. But don’t worry, I’m sure he’ll read you post loldickad1 said:
