Context - defeats in the last 6

So we’re all feeling pretty gloomy about our 3 defeats in the last 6, but interesting to look at the table at others’ recent record:

Swansea, Sheff Wed, Norwich, Portsmouth, West Brom - all 4 defeats in 6

QPR, Sheff Utd, Leicester, Hull - all 3 defeats in last 6

And potentially being joined by Birmingham and Bristol City, both currently losing so if it stays the same, also 3 defeats in 6.

So including us, that’s 12 out of 24 teams who’ve lost 3 or 4 of their last 6.

Sheff Wed and Swansea. But Norwich's last match was the draw against Oxford, and they lost the previous 2, so against stronger opposition they'd probably be in the same club.
Going with a slightly different metric, wins in the last 6
    0 - Sheff Wed, Norwich
1 - Oxford, Portsmouth, Swansea, West Brom (Brum equalised in the 78th min), us
That's probably a more realistic picture of where we find ourselves at the moment, which is concerning, but probably closer to where we all expected to be before the season started.

Playing Southampton at home, followed by Stoke and Coventry is a wicked run of games even if we had a fully fit squad. December’s games looked mostly very winnable a couple of weeks ago. If we get some decent results in December, we will be fine. If not, it might be a tough ride.
