On the subject of Hernandez, has there ever been a short term signing outside of the transfer window in the past 10 years that's even remotely been successful? Leon Best, Wickham, Ledley, Rouamba, Lualua all come to mind.

Same set up formation wise as it was at Wrexham away over 2 weeks ago

Luke berry looked lively on Saturday when he came on, something I kept thinking to mention and didn’t.
He has great goalscoring instincts as well scored the late equaliser against hull, nearly scored a late equaliser against wrexham so I’m glad he’s getting a run out as a starter.
He looked a lot fitter than I’d seen him for a while.

Hernandez totally dropped, might that be the last we see of him!

Great to have Bree back, and Bell on the bench- hopefully a positive result and we get through december with players coming back

    1-1 tonight please!
Yes, unless he has an injury, interesting that Apter makes the bench, but Hernandez doesn't.
If Hernandez is fit it’s good man management

Technically Thierry Small was a free on a short term deal outside of the window

Well at least we should be fresh, because none of the feckers put in a shift on Saturday. I'm gonna go for a 3 nil loss with a slightly improved performance.

Hopefully that's Hernandez gone. In Jones we trust!
To be honest people going in two footed on Hernandez is over the top, he hasn’t pulled up trees, but could probably mention shit loads of players we’ve had that were worse than him. Amazing what a mistake in one game does to the fickle fan. If we ever played with wingers I think you may see a better player. TC would probably agree🤷🏻‍♂️

I don't think he was outside the transfer window but CBT signed in late August until January and did well enough that he'd signed an extension within 3 months
  • Would like to see Apter get a chance in an attacking role, was one of the best wingers in league one and has only been given a few games at RWB which is quite clearly not his preferred position.

If we don’t concede a goal then I think we will be leaving stoke with at least a point 🥸

    Bally smart and Florent Rouamba?

Although, neither actually made an appearance so..... maybe doesnt count.....more pointless than disastrous I guess.

edit just noticed you mentioned Rouamba

If I was Tanto and Apter I would be banging NJ door down tomorrow .. how Campbell and Leaburn been picked after Saturday performance is scandalous…..
  • Decent lineup. Let's give it a go. 100% effort from the lads and a point would be more than enough for me. Need to get back on track.

  • Think we'll lose tonight.

But I can't ignore that more often than not under NJ he finds a way to get something from games I expect us to lose.

Make of that what you will.

Best and Wickham were quality for the combined 5 minutes they played

Well, thankfully you're not either of them and - with the absolute greatest of all due respect - I doubt NJ gives a flying f**k what you think!

Stoke' s odds lengthening slightly with teams announced, moved out from 8/11 to 4/5 with William Hill (7% shift).

On sky bet, Stoke out from 4/6 to 3/4 (8% move).

Feeling 7.5% more confident of 0 here.
Odds on Charlton went from 5.7 to 4.4 after team news
