Its it just me or is EVERY advert this year unrelentingly and absolutely shite, all fake sentimentality, ridiculous use of cartoon characters and total bullshit?

    Yeah agree, been a terrible year for ads.

    I hardly ever watch ads. I will often pause a programme with ads from the start & then fast forward through the ads. Or if watching it "live" will switch over to another channel for 3 -4 minutes. Have timed it to a tee.
