Given what the service has been like recently I have little faith that tomorrow from Wrexham will go smoothly. Hope to be proved wrong.

Mute button at the bottom of the match screen?

I don’t know who’s responsible for production of our televised matches, and maybe I’m spoilt because we can watch every game on either Sky or Charlton TV, but it does seem like the quality of match coverage of our games is pretty poor - I’m constantly shouting “SHOW US THE GAME!” at the TV because there are numerous occasions every single game where the camera lingers for far too long on someone not involved in play (or sometimes the fans) while the game’s going on.
I’m pretty sure it doesn’t happen half as much in Premier League games either.
    Drives me potty.

Yeah, fair point. It’s been pretty flawless first half.

Pretty sure it's Sky's fault, as I've noticed similar issues with their coverage. And don't get me started on the replays...

At the risk of sounding like the old bloke I am, as in so much in life these days it feels like someone trying to justify their job. Trainee directors, or wannabe directors trying to put their stamp on the production by showing "moody" or "human interest" shots, hoping that Marvel studios is going to pick them up for the next Spiderman movie...

    Just-show-the-football!

I watched the match from my phone in a bar in Milan. Good coverage but agree with Lordromford about the directors focusing on the managers/fans when the match is in progress.
