    We met at a friend's birthday weekend away. Started texting and meeting up after. I must be honest, I didn't think it would last and was just a bit of fun. Most of my friends said it wouldn't last but we just get on so well together and here we are now. Was actually 42/19  😎

    Mental age gap, 14 years as I still think I'm 21.

    I was 31/19 when i met my Mrs and mother of our 4 boys 24 years ago .
    She's definitely the grown up in our relationship and I'm just as much a wally as our 4 boys

    There was me thinking I was doing well with a wife 4 years younger (to be fair we met when she was 18!) might need to trade her in for something younger, if she doesn't trade me in for something older first!

    2 years difference, I’m the old one and been together for 41 years married for 38 of them. 
    Them 2 years in the beginning were a gap, my wife still a teenager and me finishing my apprenticeship 20 years old and feeling proper grown up. I look at 20 year olds as kids nowadays.

    My wife is 13 years older than me. Been married over 20 years. Got together when I was 26 and she was 39. Now 50 and 63.

    I’m not alone then 

    I’m 57 and my partner 35. Apparently I look late 40”s ish and I keep very fit too . She ( by everyone’s judgement) is an absolute stunner. 

    I was aware of the difference in the early days but a walk down the beach path in Deal changed all that . We walked past every kind of couple possible on that walk . Older and younger , gay (men and women) black and white , mixed race , other mixes of race, disabled and able bodied , large small , thin and erm not so thin. 

    Whatever else load of pony is going on in this country , choosing who you want for your significant other is now it seems the norm. On that walk not one person seemed to care who was with who 

    I met my someone who became my best friend and my best love. Age so far is just that …. A number
