2025-26 CL Prediction League Week 7 Results

This week was The @cafcpolo Show. @cafcpolo is the first competitor to get all three scores correct this season, the only person to correctly predict this week's least fancied game on the list (West Brom v Leicester), and, unsurprisingly, the biggest riser of the week. Not only that, like the mint with the hole (other brands of mints are available), @cafcpolo scored a big fat round zero last week and scored an amazing 11 points this week, thus becoming the highest scoring Zero to Hero in the entire history of the Prediction League (probably). After three low-scoring weeks, this was the highest-scoring week of the season so far. But let's not forget some other notable efforts. @Macronate, @LenGlover, @NorthheathAddick, @timken, @Tutt-Tutt and @WestSussexAddick all scored an excellent 7 points, a score many of us would be proud of. @Curbsgoldenera, @Bods64 and @AddicksAddict proved to be no slouches either with an impressive 6 points. The Noughty Step had a quiet week with @Addick_in_Exile having @killerandflash for company, leaving 20 who haven't visited the Noughty Step yet this season. As a final thought, it would be nice to know what brought the biggest leap into the air for @cafcpolo - was it Charlton scoring one of their three goals against Blackburn, or was it Arsenal scoring on 90+7 at Newcastle? It's a question we need the answer to.

    Well that’s a surprise 😮 
    Sitting at Charlton waiting for kick off with the WiFi cutting in and out I rushed to enter my three predictions getting the Northampton v Bolton game the wrong way round.
    Meant to predict a Bolton win, ended up typing in a Northampton win and getting 4 points for my error.
    Didn’t even realise till just now when reading up on the results.
    All that hard work normally and the first time I get 4 points it is in error 🤦‍♀️
