My hair is definitely on its way out in my mid 30s. My paternal grandfather died in his 90s with a full head of hair, maternal with nothing on top. Looks like I’m going the way of my grandad!
I’m 5’9 and naturally slimmer although started getting a bit of fat now I’m older, so not entirely sure I’d suit a completely shaved look! Started using hims spray which a mate has been taking for a while and had some good results but i started getting a bit of suspected side effects so had to stop.
Very tempted by a hair transplant in the future, along with laser eye surgery! Probably two of the only cosmetic surgeries I’d ever have.
I'm late 50's, have plenty of hair but fine & thin, I style mine into a sort of 50's rockabilly pomp, the right barber and product can get you good results most of the time.
My hair used to be a few inches below my shoulders in the mid 70s but starting to recede, even a Sweet style haircut at one stage 😂 but luckily punk and new wave came along and I switched to a much shorter shaved cut. Nowadays it’s a grade 0 self shave and it gives me a real sense of freedom.

The Hims stuff is ridiculously priced! So expensive, considering you can get it all cheaper elsewhere and ‘off Brand’
What would people suggest as im marching back on the sides leaving a bit of an Island, not that severe yet. Same has happened to my old man, looking for a spray or supplicants?

Get on the minoxidil! Oral tablet or the foam/solution stuff. dont bother with Hims/regaine etc, way too expensive - have a look at Kirkland own brand, c£80 for a year supply
