    9 shots for us and only 1 on target isn't great. We have to improve in testing opposition keepers this season.

    Played well I think today shows how much we miss a player like Godden.

    Great first half. This is a team that got 92 points last season and we are making them look ordinary. Right approach so far to focus on defence. Keep them out like this for another 45 and we may even get an opportunity to win.

    I didn't see it at the time as I was messing about with the stream I got but that Kellman effort near the start of the game where he was nearly one on one but then had a powder puff shot. It's almost if he was hoping he could pass the ball rather than take on a shot.

    With an xg of .45 which shows none of the opportunities have been particularly good. Bar Jones header. Kelman's was probably the next best and then TC's and they were both in the first 10-15 mins

    Midfield needs a bit more life. Cov and Doc doing their jobs but Carey has been pretty quiet, maybe a time to see what Knibbs can do.

    We've been better team imo - Sheff U look there for the taking - if we get a goal, then their confidence will be shot.

    Dixon definitely not a Jones signing and too soon to judge (as with Tanto and Kelman), Hylton was primarily a coach and his goal at Northampton was genuinely one of my highlights of last season

    Grabbing at straws throwing Dixon in there! He was never bought as a striker to come straight in. Calling him out for not being any good is harsh.

    TC is doing my head in with his end product and he’s so slow to play a ball , really not the partner for Kelman I feel
