To start off I understand people get older so become more reserved but hitting the age of mid fifties is no excuse for a fixture like this, the biggest game in six years and unexpected to not be on there feet standing and getting involved in the whole occasion of the game baffles me, each to their own yes but that particular age group grew up on the terraces and it’s not like we get to Wembley often nor have much success, it’s a fact. I’m pushing 40 but couldn’t at all just sit there earlier with what was at stake, I get it with women (no offence) but middle aged males who have stuck by us through thick and thin just fail to understand it.

    Anyone who didn't make it to the game at Wembley really missed out on something special: they were giving away free flags.

    I bet they kicked themselves when they found out.  Or each other.

    Mate, I have 2 bad knees. If I stand for 90 minutes, my legs turn to RSJs!

    I worked at Wembley during the 2024 season - they gave each Leeds fan a scarf (for their failed play off game) and I wanted when (of course we’d end up going there again) we went there they should do the same for us.



    Little did I know how much our fans took to what they do with every club. This is what I love about this club fan base. Oh look there is a flag with a Charlton fag on let me wave it.

    Don’t worry get a good team together and the Women will get their cup final in a few years (then they can have their sab at Wembley)
