I'm a sensitive sort of chap. I know what you are all thinking. The reason for scoring such low scores for the last three weeks is that TMA has picked a load of horribly tough games to predict. "Give us a break", everyone below the Premier League is thinking. It's true, for the last three weeks, the average scores have been 1.04, 1.18 and 1.39. It's the first time in living memory that three consecutive weeks have averaged below 1.5, the last one being 1949, when the average score in the CL Prediction League Week 27 was under 1.5 for the fifth consecutive week. It's still talked about in the pubs around Charlton. However, TMA doesn't want to be remembered as a taskmaster, making life difficult for everyone taking part in the Prediction League. No, that's just not me. I want to be popular. So, this week, every game in the Premier League and Championship is on the list, so that you have a free rein to pick what you think are the bankers. There's one exception, the Millwall v Watford is not on the list, as the match takes place on Monday night, and we don't want to be waiting until the visiting Watford fans get out of the ground on Tuesday evening after sleeping on the terraces all night. So, 10 games from the Premier League, 11 games from the Championship, a couple from League One and one from Scotland to choose from. And, if you're a ditherer when making your predictions, don't blame me for giving you too many choices. Remember, I'm a sensitive sort of chap. As ever, pick your favoured three and jolly good luck.
