  • Plus if Ahadme keeps on scoring given he is on a huge length deal we may get back what we paid for him, or more 🤭
  • Bower - played 90 mins in Farnborough’s 1-2 loss to Dover.

Casey - unused substitute in Maidstone’s 0-3 loss to Horsham.

I have high hopes that he will have a league career , at least .  Attitude is by all accounts fantastic and he will eventually score goals .  Strikers tend to be slower burners these days - May and Godden being prime examples

Taylor starts for Northampton while Dixon and Mbick make the bench for Crawley and Colchester
  • No contribtions of note from the 12:30 games

A Mitchell, Assimwe and Kanu start with Ahadme on the bench for the 3pm games.

No Bower in the Farnborough squad and Maidstone played yesterday, Casey started but came off in the second half in a defeat
  • Kanu scored for Walsall and Z Mitchell hasn’t made the squad for Hibs

  • Is there a video of Kanu’s goal yet?

About the 45sec mark... Nice bit of movement, and then a lovely strike to give the Goalkeeper no chance

  • Much better for him to be playing than sitting on our bench all game, we have Tanto and Knibbs for that.

Jamille Matt has been a consistent lower league player for quite a while .. he was instrumental in FGR's promotion to L1in 2021/22 .. as said, Kanu can learn a lot from him .. I hope we recall him at Christmas, our 'new strike force' is just not firing on any cylinders

I think service is the main issue, I don’t think Kanu starting in this team improves things. Leaburn’s hit the bar but other than that I don’t remember Kelman, TC or Tanto having any chances I’d expect them to score.
