Leaburn doesnt possess pace or a quick turn but he set up TC for a chance single handely towards the end. Like his dad a good footballing brain at this level. He, like Kelman will never be prolific scoreres the way our team is set up.
If we set the team up in a different way and we will concede a hatfull of goals.
  • Couldnt understand either of ramsays fouls, deserved red, changed the game.

our strikers need to start finding goals.

    Campbell looked dangerous.

or we could have played a different midfield?
ultimately we go down trying to play a bit of football or trying to play hoofball and still getiing relegated ... or a mix of both.
  • Disappointing not to win, they were there for the taking, not a great side. Thought we played well as we have done most of the season so far but lack of goals is gonna hurt us I think. Thought Kelman looked sharp but we’re not giving him a chance right now. If things click up front we’ll do well.
  • Fucking hell some of these comments about Leaburn are starting to piss me off as much as the policing fiasco. WTAF?
He looked well off the pace Prague, let’s be honest.
  • A moment of madness from Ramsay cost us, as disappointing as it is he has enough credit in the bank from me. Thought most had a decent game but Apter struggled. Need to start turning more of these good performances into wins but given the Millwall curse I’ll let them off today

I thought Leaburn looked knackered after twenty minutes, he kept bending over and take in deep breaths at every delay in play, even thought he might be getting cramp.
He wasn't marking his man during the build up to their goal. He was huffing within about 10 minutes and chasing shadows after that.

We miss Small….Apter had an ok game but feel his size and lack of athleticism will see him struggle in this league…also miss Gillespheys diagonals from the back…..
Oh dear, you do get upset about the departed don't you ct, we had three months of you declaring we would be winning at half time if only Alfie May was still with us, bet our Wembley win pissed you right off !

Ramsey cost us the game - stupidity
I have no idea why we keep playing high long balls and crosses high in the air against a team of 6 footers with Kelman and Campbell up front. I thought Kelman played much better but needs better service. Would love to see Leaburn and Kelman start together.
Think it was the gameplan actually and it was working, lump it up, let them win the header and mop up the second ball, which we did about 70% of the time
Yep the press from midfield was spot on, Millwall couldn't cope with it. Interesting to read Alex Neil's comments about them being out muscled in the first half, I think Millwall played better in the second half but had to change shape to achieve that.

On tv I hardly heard the Millwall fans … were they really that quiet?
I was in the West near them and when they did start the  'mmm' and 'no one likes us' they were drowned out and stopped.
  • Watch the highlights reel, you Leaburn-knockers. Watch the moment on 77 mins when he sets up Tyreece.

I reckon your Dads were all Carlo-knockers in 1990 😉
He played well Prague, as did Kelman, Cooper and his defenders didn't get a moments peace with either.
  • Frustrating but entirely expected non win against our lovely neighbours

The goal was coming and I genuinely thought they were gonna nick it at the end

Lots of positives but got to start picking up 3 points when we dominate games like this, Millwall were woeful in most parts

Fuh and games down Woolwich Road after, such a weird fanbase so much passion for a tear up and typical bullying behaviour that they are renowned for, yet made less noise than 500 Rotherham during the game

    The run continues 😂
  • WHY DID JONES NOT SUB RAMSAY?
It was Ramsey who fucked up not Jones

I’ll be honest. I have no idea what you and others are on about. He had far more presence and threat than Kelman, in the short time in which he replaced him. (Which is not to knock Kelman, who worked hard)
I may be wrong Prague, maybe I’ve missed something from him today. He was slow to close down from the front - watch their goal again, if he closes that down early, they don’t score there. I’m struggling to get past that.

He's there to close the man down, he just misreads the pass that's coming and jumps up because he's expecting a cross to be swung in. Burke actually comes within half a boot of getting a touch on the ball, fine margins in this game
  • I’ll watch it back later, but from the stands infront of that, I thought he was slow to react and slow to get there. Not particularly close or positioned correctly even in that still.

I do think Nathan Jones should be taking a bit more accountability for his substitutions as well.
  • I would have taken a point before the game so I’m not too unhappy. But the way the draw occurred makes it feel a little bit like a loss. Keep playing like that Charlton and we’ll be okay. We have to remember this is a team that is still getting its act together. And for most of that game I felt pretty comfortable against a team that are a top half side. We still haven’t found someone fit who can take some of these golden chances in front of goal. Get Godden back as soon as possible
  • I thought on the whole TC had an excellent game, and the mob from SE16 had to resort to dirty and foul tactics to try and stop him, I feel if he had cut inside when set free by Leaburn rather than try and outrun the defender and ultimately shoot high and wide, he would have had more chance of getting us that important second goal...

It wasn't as bad today as QPR but I thought refs have to get hold of multiple fouling. I must be wrong.
  • Really pissed off,we have been the better team in all our 5 league games ,but just cannot score.Ramsay needs a good bollocking after that red card,no excuse,he got done by the player, man up take it but dont get sent off.Poxy journey home to Medway nigh on 2 hours, getting out of Charlton a nightmare, then an accident on A2.Lloyd Jones must be the best centre back in this league, did not miss a thing all afternoon.

Let’s be honest. We all know that if Millwall had been the team going down to 10 it would have still been a draw.
    Speculation...
What i do feel is that we were in very little danger of conceeding until we went down to 10 men, they were creating next to nothing up till then...
