Totally the right decisions even more so in the case of Duckett although he could have had the whole of August off and come back refreshed to play for England who he is centrally contracted to. Or even just played a couple of 50 over matches in that time as a warm up for the SA series. But then he wouldn't have received the £200,000 plus he got for playing the Hundred.

Must admit I dont think I would turn down the 200k for a few days work if my employers were happy with me moonlighting for a month.

Especially when the ECB WANT the England players to play in the Hundred.
3 correct decisions. Curran should have been in the England white ball squads, with his batting and left arm seam option. Potts should be playing red ball cricket, to give him a chance of playing in the Ashes.

He's not moonlighting - It's the ECB paying the centrally contracted players an extra £25K a game. Those players are only paid £15k a Test match. That says it all.
