Apparently enough work has been done on their North stand to get a safety certificate, so it will now be open for their home game this weekend.

Also a good effort from their kids tonight, they were one minute away from winning at Bolton. Five teenagers in the starting lineup, including both centre backs, and 9 of the 11 were 21 or under.
They played for 65 minutes against a league 1 side reduced to 10 men though.
Not saying they didn’t do ok, just a bit of context.

This. And they were royally outplayed by those 10 men. They’ll get a pasting in the next game or two. Wish we were playing them then.

As an aside Cozier - Duberry for Bolton looks a cracking player and much too good for League one. Has quite a Jones feel too from the last couple of games I’ve watched. May be worth keeping an eye on.

Would have been nicer if someone hadn't AI generated the poster but y'know made it themselves. Love it when a child is a cyclops

    So Leeds really take more.

Sheff Wednesday aren't getting rolled over like I thought they would this season
  • Rumours of their guaranteed relegation are evidentally premature

What happens when injuries and suspensions start to happen?

They can sign players, just can't pay them more than 7k.

They look like they'll give it a good fight but i think over 46 games they're not going to have enough.

Guess we'll find out, but it doesn't look like they are going to lay down

Their manager is an idiot. Fancy wanting to progress through the rounds when you have a paper thin squad. Imagine when the injuries start mounting up & you are playing sat/wed/sat every week 🙊.

It’s Reading all over again. However, I still think they’ll end up with a decent points deduction and a few injuries and they’re in trouble
  • Wednesday fans won't know whether to laugh or a cry if they get a big PL club away in the next round. They want Chansiri to make as little revenue as possible and run out of money so a 'glamour' tie would be a disaster.

They have still not been clobbered for the late payment of players and the other things they have been guilty of. A points deduction may hit them hard.

I wonder if the staff will get paid this month?

I guess they will as they received the Premier League payment.

Probably won't happen until next season mate  ;)

    Hopefully they will.
Points deduction should be a minimum of 12 points I would have thought.
Unlikely new owner would alter that. It hasn’t before.

I am not in favour of punishing fans and players for management misdemeanors but  rules are there to supposedly protect everyone so if they get relegated so be it.
