Hanwell's ground is well worth the visit, and to support the youngsters.

As a draw, Hanwell Town against Charlton throws up a weird situation.  Charlton are the holders of the Cup, but by the time the fixture is played, Hanwell might be the holders.

Charlton won it in 2023-24.  But the final of the 2024-25 tournament doesn't take place until later this month, when Hanwell face the Brentford B team.
  • The 2024-25 final was played yesterday evening and Hanwell beat Brentford B 3-0. The margin could have been greater and Hanwell looked a very good side. Our Under 21s will need to be at their best against them.
  • No news yet on a date for this competition (unlike the Kent Senior Cup which has a separate thread) but the opposition in the event of beating Hanwell has narrowed down - the winner will be away at either Erith Town or Sporting Bengal United.
  • The London Senior Cup campaign for 2025–26 kicks off with an away trip to the holders, Hanwell Town which has now been scheduled for Tuesday 11th November.

Nearest tube is Perivale, but Google suggests it's quicker to get the Liz Line to Ealing Broadway and then a bus.

Cracking little ground, well worth a visit.
