Before introducing this week's fixtures, it's great to see that
@Leeds_Addick has taken on the Prediction League's sister competition, Beat The Bookie, after many years of sterling work from
@paulbaconsarnie. I just hope
@Leeds_Addick realises that the pay isn't great until you've completed ten years' service.
And so we enter Week 2 of the Prediction League. For those who scored highly last week, it's a chance to prove it wasn't a fluke, and, for those who didn't do so well, it's a chance to show it was a blip or early-season teething problems. The Premier League returns this week, so there are fewer games from that tinpot League One and plenty to choose from our new home, the Championship. For late posters, there are even four Sunday games to choose from, or even a Saturday night game from sunny Spain. It's good to see that most Prediction Leaguers appreciated the fairness of the alphabetic sorting as M to A and N to Z this year, although you always get one or two complaining.
