    Given that we said we don't like loaning below the National League because the players dont keep up the fitness.
    Agree that that move goes against what Chris Lock stated was our loan policy.
  • Most of the top of the NLS are now full-time or hybrid so perhaps Farnborough have gone FT which makes it okay with the club.

    The length of the loan as well, unless Non-League loan terms have changed, we've usually sent these kids out for a month or two in the past, rather than from one Window to another - I won't be surprised if he gets moved on, just disappointed that he's one of the few who never really got an opportunity, even in the EFL Trophy from his age group.

    All I can think is it’s a cheap gamble if he does better than expected at that level. But even if he does, that’ll likely only earn a NL or L2 loan, so he’d still be a long way from our first team.
