Is this happening tomorrow? If so, is it a first team game? No preview on the official club site and as far as I can tell next to no mention of it anywhere else?
It would be nice if the club communicated whether there is definitely a stream or not. The action of probably one individual telling us would be of benefit to many.
So the fact that they said pre season games would be streamed once you bought a pass was a lie .
A CharltonTV monthly pass, which is priced at £7 per month recurring, and includes access to live streaming of all men's first-team pre-season games that the club are allowed to stream
A CharltonTV annual pass, which is priced at £65, and includes access to live streaming of all men's first-team pre-season games that the club are allowed to stream
Have to say I'm looking forward to being at the game today, hoping we'll get to see more of what the starting 11 will be. Looks like there's a decent amount of us going too
Was always going to available, the announcement of the game said so. I imagine the comms about it were delayed by having to sort out Knibbs stuff
Better late than never but it's not the first time that streaming news is unclear.
How long does it take for Comms to put up 2 lines of info , say, 24 hours before a match ?
Find this unsatisfactory especially for those of us who pay £7 pm throughout the year ...
They announced it would be streamed in June, I’d say that’s pretty good notice
Hmmm. Clearly missed putting that one in my filofax....
But as of last night when I checked, there was no information & nothing showing via " How to purchase your Charlton TV Pass ".....so I'd call this a belated ( or dare I say forgotten" ) piece of communication.
Apologies for seeming to criticise something at our club whilst there is SO much positivity re the new signings etc but off the field updates /news are important to fans who are just as keen to watch matches if they can't attend in person.
And , of course, not all supporters are Lifers....

Criticism is good and I agree that they could have made things clearer, maybe even got more sales too. We don’t know if there was an agreement with Southend about only posting that article today too. I was just pointing out that it was always going to be streamed that’s all

During pre-season, when these games are arranged, the club have to come to an agreement when it comes to us streaming the match. A lot of clubs, particularly those in non-League, are keen to get as many supporters through their doors and request that streaming is advertised as close to the game as possible.
So rather than a lack of communication, it simply comes down to whatever has been agreed with the club that are hosting us.

Only if you remembered the " announcement "2 months ago !
