Is this happening tomorrow? If so, is it a first team game? No preview on the official club site and as far as I can tell next to no mention of it anywhere else?
Anyone seen whether it is being streamed?

Southend is not on a stream mate. It’s on an Estuary.34

and if you know your estuary, it's enough to make your heart go woah-oh.................23

Original announcement said it would be streamed. No other pre season games have had previews etc I think so not unusual there

They literally posted a tweet this morning saying it’s game day in Southend tomorrow1

Can we get tickets on the door ?0
-
No stream showing available on Charlton TV0

It would be nice if the club communicated whether there is definitely a stream or not.
The action of probably one individual telling us would be of benefit to many.2 -
Easier to just buy them on Southend's website, they issue a digital ticket straight away. Block NF is for the away fans and there's a few leftYann897 said:Can we get tickets on the door ?1 -
Block NE also now available for away supporters.Sheepie1985 said:

So the fact that they said pre season games would be streamed once you bought a pass was a lie .Taxi_Lad said:No stream showing available on Charlton TV6 -

So we can watch it now 🥴1

Have to say I'm looking forward to being at the game today, hoping we'll get to see more of what the starting 11 will be. Looks like there's a decent amount of us going too2

Was always going to available, the announcement of the game said so. I imagine the comms about it were delayed by having to sort out Knibbs stuff0

Better late than never but it's not the first time that streaming news is unclear.fenaddick said:Was always going to available, the announcement of the game said so. I imagine the comms about it were delayed by having to sort out Knibbs stuff
How long does it take for Comms to put up 2 lines of info , say, 24 hours before a match ?
Find this unsatisfactory especially for those of us who pay £7 pm throughout the year ...1 -
Southend away. A game made for Ahadme to show his once a year class.3

They announced it would be streamed in June, I’d say that’s pretty good noticeFanny Fanackapan said:

But as of last night when I checked, there was no information & nothing showing via " How to purchase your Charlton TV Pass ".....so I'd call this a belated ( or dare I say forgotten" ) piece of communication.
Apologies for seeming to criticise something at our club whilst there is SO much positivity re the new signings etc but off the field updates /news are important to fans who are just as keen to watch matches if they can't attend in person.
And , of course, not all supporters are Lifers....
Communication is of paramount importance IMO.0 -
Criticism is good and I agree that they could have made things clearer, maybe even got more sales too. We don’t know if there was an agreement with Southend about only posting that article today too. I was just pointing out that it was always going to be streamed that’s allFanny Fanackapan said:

During pre-season, when these games are arranged, the club have to come to an agreement when it comes to us streaming the match.Fanny Fanackapan said:

A lot of clubs, particularly those in non-League, are keen to get as many supporters through their doors and request that streaming is advertised as close to the game as possible. So rather than a lack of communication, it simply comes down to whatever has been agreed with the club that are hosting us.7 -
