Good to see them signing. @Scoham who was the one you picked out in a.young age group a month or so ago that looked so amazing... Is he old.enough to be signing or was he U15?

Mishel Nduka, looks like he’s the year below as he was with England u15s in December.

An anxious wait before he can sign pro with us then. Only been following the academy closer recently but can’t remember many (any?) playing England age group stuff for a while

Yeah definitely. Only recent one I remember is James Beadle, I think he was with England before moving to Brighton?
Googling him, it looks like Jeremy Sarmiento was another before we lost him to Benfica. He’s now playing for Ecuador’s senior team.

Yeutembip as well who went to Newcastle? - Or do you mean those capped by England before they departed?
I'm glad we have a scouting network wide enough to spot some talent from lower levels. Good luck to him. I think having an U21 squad of ex PL youth and other hidden gems balanced with the best of the U18s is good. I am a huge supporter of our youth team but in recent years we have maybe carried a few for too many years.
We went 1-0 down in the first half, conceded from a corner, scored by what looked like he was likely a senior Hastings striker. They had a CB who also looked like he could have been a first team player.
No team sheet available and the whiteboard only had lineups from a previous game, so hard to tell who was who. The pitch wasn’t great, imagine they’ll be used to better, and bizarrely Hastings had white numbers on the back of their white shirts.
We played 4-3-3 and believe we subbed everyone except our GK and LB during the second half.
First half we had a few decent moves resulting in efforts at goal, but easy saves straight at the Hastings GK.
We scored both our goals in the second half, both times got the ball into the box and scored from low finishes. Our sub striker scored one of them, can’t remember if the other was from our 11 on the left wing or a sub midfielder - my guess is one of them was Ellis McMillan and the other Michael Mylona, but could be wrong on both.
Believe Jack Belton was our number 4 and captain, he played the Coventry role, similar in style dropping deep in front of or alongside the CBs.
It was probably Bradley Tagoe on the right wing, tricky and agile, cutting onto his left.
Our number 10 showed a few nice touches early on but nothing much came from it.
Second half our two sub CBs looked like they had a physical presence about them and were comfortable on the ball. The right sided one may have been Tate Elliott, who looked promising vs Spurs on the streamed cup final last season. I’d like to know who our left sided sub CB was, even though I wouldn’t read too much into a friendly like this.
Has stuff on his profile about the striker Chizzy Ezenwata who left us for Chelsea, so I assume they're brothers.
One I hope we hang on to, and perhaps pushing him into the u21s even if just for friendlies is part of that. Wasn't much to go on but one of those players you sense has potential.

Know nothing about him but there is untapped talent out there so worth the punt.
